We're Hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative 🌟 Location: Newberg, Oregon Schedule: 2 days/Fri 8:00am-6:00pm, Sat 9:00am-5:00pm. Do you love horses and enjoy helping people? We’re looking for a warm, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our friendly team at our busy equine veterinary clinic. As the face of our practice, you’ll help clients schedule appointments, answer phones, and make sure both horses and humans feel supported. 🐴💬

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Welcoming clients and managing communication

✔ Scheduling appointments and answering phones

✔ Email and phone correspondence

✔ Light data entry and record-keeping

What We’re Looking For:

✨ A team player with great communication and organazational skills.

✨ Comfort with frequent use of email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software. Familiarity with technology is a plus.

✨ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

🐎 Equine and receptionist experience preferred.
